This Privacy Policy describes how Resurrection Publishing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and when you buy our books through retailers.
Book purchases happen on Amazon
Kindle editions of our books are sold by Amazon. Amazon collects payment, tax, and account information directly from you under Amazon’s own Privacy Notice, and Amazon processes those orders. Resurrection Publishing does not receive your order, payment, or shipping information from Amazon. When you follow a purchase link from this site to Amazon, Amazon’s privacy notice governs that transaction.
Information we collect
- Communications: messages you send to us (for example, editorial or product-quality feedback) and replies we send.
- Marketing email: if you opt in on our Letters page or related forms, your email is stored with our email provider (Kit, formerly ConvertKit) so we can send letters from Resurrection Publishing (written by our founder). You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies used for analytics.
Analytics
Our marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and page usage, including sample-chapter file downloads. We also record anonymous clicks on purchase links that leave for Amazon (book identifier and link type only — not your name or email, and no payment data). Google may set cookies and receive technical data (such as approximate location derived from IP address, device/browser details, and pages visited). See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google processes this information. You can control analytics cookies through your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our publishing services
- Send optional marketing letters when you have opted in (witness notes and occasional soft invitations to books or free samples — never required for downloads)
- Respond to messages and support requests
- Understand how visitors use our marketing site so we can improve it
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the business (hosting, email, analytics including Google), under contractual confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and users
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required
Information collected when you buy on Amazon is shared and processed under Amazon’s policies, not ours.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your choices
- You may unsubscribe from marketing letters via any letter’s footer link, or by contacting us.
- You may request access to or deletion of personal information by contacting us at support@resurrectionpublishing.com. We may retain certain records as required by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
