Refund & cancellation policy
This policy describes refunds and cancellations for print and ebook purchases from Resurrection Publishing LLC.
Books (print and ebook)
- Physical books: Unopened, undamaged books may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- Ebooks: Refundable within 14 days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@resurrectionpublishing.com with your order email, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
